Cindi received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.  She worked as an infant teacher at Government Center Child Care in Boston for seven years.  Once she became a mother of two boys, she transitioned into a Child Care Resource and Referral Specialist position with Workplace Connections.  She has been with the YMCA since 2000 and served families as the Community Partnership for Children Coordinator before becoming the Director with the TWC Family Center in 2009.  She loves to talk with families about their differences and similarities, make all children laugh, and spend as much time as possible sharing joyous moments with friends and family.
